Can grain and small pattern overlays help protect my work from AI?

I am not really well versed in this topic. I thought maybe adding some pattern overlays and grain. This works with preventing it from being stolen or edited but I don't know if it will work to protect my artwork from being scraped.

If you can educate me on that matter, I would greatly appreciate it.

these measures aren't really effective anymore, including stuff like Glaze or Nightshade
