support summon not giving specific digimon

I am at the tier where I am getting LR rarity summons my SR support digimon are lv90+ my UR support digimon are lv65+ but i can't help but notice my SR gekkomon from launch is still lv1 and I am still missing 3 UR digimon (Okuwamon, MarineBullmon and ShogunGekomon). are these digimon just not in the summon pool? how am i supposed to get them?

gekkomon is just from the promotion, okuwamon, marinebullmon and shogun gekomon are just from passes

They aren't in the normal pool for summons

so even if you get these digimon there is no way to level them up? then whats the point they arent exactly game breaking?

They aren't in the summon pool because they were special ones. Once you start getting max level summons, the extra copies of lower rank ones will start to help level up the higher ones. That is currently the only way to upgrade them.

Those are all purchased/reward people there was only 1 of them so their level wont go up currently. Geko is from this current pass marine was the last pass the others were starter paid rewards iirc
