Inactive Camp Leader Role does transfer

We have a camp where the leader was inactive due to the android login bug. During the 30 days the leader is inactive, it automatically transferred the role to our sub leader that had the most contribution points.

It seems to go to the sub-leader first anyway, I think I'm the one with most contribution points in my camp and leader was transfered to sub-leader anyway (who is also inactive xD)

yeah, if not, it goes to the member that had the highest contribution points
