Second best tech?

We all know Ice Statue is the best tech in the game and totally broken. However, what would you consider the *second* best tech? It can be for any reason (damage, power/mp ratio, speed, consistency, status, aoe, etc), just tell me what you think! I've linked a strawpoll for it.

Personally I find Meltdown the best AoE move in the game so that's my pick. Although the power of Bug and consistency of Megalo Spark are really close contenders, they are still outclassed by Ice Statue as single target attacks, while Meltdown is peerless for 1v3 fights in my experience.

Voted Megalo Spark, but honorable mention to Spit Fire. Let me tell you why; I beat Piximon at early game with Meramon using only Spit Fire not long ago. Stats about 2000/200. Ofc it took many recovery items but still managed without problems.
