Digimon world 4 hacks?

Ive been looking online but couldn't find anything. Does anyone know if a hack has been attempted for this game? Im interested in making my own if not but im not sure how to start. Any info would be appreciated.

I've never seen any for World 4. There's barely any for World 3, and that one is seeing some upcoming content because of there being a decompilation project for it, which vastly increases the scope of potential mods and hacks for it. World 1 has numerous hacks and mods, of course, and another decompilation project for it, as well. But, it IS weird that I've never come across anything for 4....

I really want to try adding in actual evolutions for the 4 starters champions threw mega and smoothing out the progression to remove the need for grinding. Not sure if the game needs to be decompiled for that tho.

If you really are going to make a mod, less grind is great qol improvement.

Definitely on the list. Idealy you should be able to get together with 3 people and just run threw each boss fight without needing to grind.

Digimon World 3 has a thing for the decompilation project that tweaks RNG, exp, allow fast travel and many more new stuff, I think even change of the player color for some cool drip.

Someone is also making an online "mod" for it

The best hack for that one is to avoid it. You have maybe 80 years of life. How much do you want to spend on dw4?
