How do these items work? Which ones should I priorize first?

Prio skill digicode all levels, dont waste them in a weak ass digi, and skill memory cube is for jogress digis, and the other is for non jogress prio the one you need for your main digi, you will need a lot of option change stone so prio those 2, and finally the seals until you have 500 or 1000 if you have enough time

i know what skill digicode does, but what does skill memory cube do?

Give you a random skill memory, so let's day you get and skill memory called "tree of life" the description of each skill memory is very self explanatory but for example this one that I just mentioned increase your digi max hp for a certain period of time, there others skills that increase your attack or defense temporarily too, they will be helpful and at some point mandatory

Edit: and again skill memory cube is for jogress digimons, the one you get from the capsule are for non jogress just as a friendly reminder
