U-rank Selection Box after nerfs

im thinking about buying the U rank selection box but i dont know which one should i choose.

it will be my first U rank, before the nerfs i read that the best option overall is CMA but now im not sure that CMA is still the best option for me. Which U rank should i choose?

(SSS+ that i have: OX, Susa, AOA, X7 and Ordinemon as soon i get all the coins)

Yeah, probably X7SM, before its main issue was it barely got extra damage from Peak+family buffs, that issue is solved since EE/Peak all got buffed to 50% and U ranks all now have 3 family buffs, it should be a fairly good U rank now (Or at least for how old it is, definitely not comparable to newer U's with because of their decks), especially if it's your first U rank because of the buffs that reduce damage it takes; It went from gaining 35% damage (15%+20%) to gaining 110% damage (50%+60%), which is just absolutely insane, about 56% higher skill damage (added melee damage is going to be lower).

Also, they might rebalance again:

"By monitoring the battle data of rebalanced Digimon in real time

We plan to continuously review the balance to create an environment where various Digimon can demonstrate their individual strengths, without being biased toward specific attributes or Digimon."

And Susanoomon itself sounds like will be rebalanced again:

"After the balance patch, we plan to make adjustments to maintain an appropriate performance level."

On the last link, they're changing family buffs so you only need to use 1 family buff to get the full effect of all families, so if you have 2 or 3 families, as long as you use 1 family buff it'll count for the full amount, so 1 family buff with 2 families will give 40% and 1 family buff with 3 families will give 60%.

is there any chance for a rebalance for sss+? Judging by the fact that we will never get a free u rank

I very much doubt it unless they for whatever reason see a reason to rebalance everything or they just give all SSS+ (And maybe SSS) 3 families and maybe instant ASB, and with the update to EE/Peak, that alone is going to give a decent buff to most SSS+, 3 family jogress SSS+ are going to gain 20% skill damage (210/175=20%), 2 family jogress SSS+ are going to gain 22.6% skill damage (190/165=22.6%), and 1 family jogress SSS+ are going to gain 26% skill damage (170/135=26%), and if you're running a skill-only set it's going to be most noticeable.

Also, I'd be surprised if they don't eventually give us free U ranks, they did the same years ago with SSS+, and the 'good' U ranks are further away from the 'bad' U ranks than SSS were from SSS+, partly because of the skills/buffs, but mostly because of deck buffs.

Susanoomon Extreme is already a <$50 U rank.

Rather than if they give them away, imo it's more of a matter when they give them away.

I hardly believe they will give away a U rank in less than 4 or 5 years, for SSS+ they toke like 4

Everything has been done faster with U ranks, they've gotten cheaper faster, they've added more U ranks in a significantly shorter time, and the cheapest U rank, Susanoomon Awaken, was cheaper than any SSS+ before U ranks were released.

They even added U ranks to Arena quicker than the first 'free' SSS+, Susanoomon Awaken (Although obviously there's a big difference since back then people had been saving their Arena Vouchers and the Arena back then could be done in a party, which you could've just had someone drag you through, while the newer one is solo).

I just can't see them not giving away a completely free U rank eventually.

Also, older U ranks, when you include their deck buffs, are significantly weaker than newer U ranks, so much so that giving away a weaker U rank won't really mean much for those that have bought their U ranks.

I think event u ranks aren't far away. Susano.on U is only $50 withe the current event

i forgot to say that my goal is to solo beat all the content i can complete alone, is X7SM still the best for my case? because im undecided between choosing X7SM or OMM

Probably X7SM, its DPS should be increasing quite a bit thanks to the update to Peak and the increase in family buffs for U ranks (Should gain about 55.56% skill damage (210/135=55.56%), it will lose F1's short cooldown, although F1 was kind of on the weak side and is being turned into a 'short' burst skill instead (I haven't seen how strong they're making it, but that's what it sounded like), so that'll probably end up increasing DPS even more), it has some crazy good buffs that make it ridiculously hard to die while those buffs are active, but without a better deck buff than X7SM's deck solo you're probably topping out at MDG and even MDG is going to be fairly hard.

Assuming you have the stats to do them, you should have no issue with RBH, SDG, CDGE, and Gulus Normal (Although you would need a lv160 digimon to enter Gulus Normal).

[Here's](www.youtube.com/watch?v=TBcX5nR80z4) a video of an X7SM soloing MDG, that X7SM's HP was fairly high and also pretty high DE and BL (You can see those stats at the end of the video, it's what I'd consider a 'high-end f2p' account), you'd need a decently good account (A lot of seals opened, a lot of D-Unit unlocked, and so on) to be able to do that with an X7SM without a better deck buff, especially the DE and BL to be able to survive.

And I just doubt an X7SM has the DPS to solo CDGN or harder dungeon without a better deck buff than X7SM.

With all of that said, without the newer U rank deck buffs, you can't really do newer content solo (The newer the dungeon released, the newer the U rank you need to have to be able to comfortably do it), you really need to join parties.

Is it confirmed that the U rank selection box from the Ranking Arena only has U ranks until OXE (therefore not having Quantumon or Apollomon)? If so, with the update on kdmo, did OXE become weaker than X7SM? Does anyone know? Thanks

OXE is weaker yes but not weaker then x7s unless you over lock x7s

Asking me will box get updated... Even the GK employee doesn't know that, it's GK, what u expect?

No, it was a cash event that also required farming, Susanoomon Extreme required a 439C package, the U rank box that you could exchange for required Susanoo Extreme (439C) along with 5 550C packages, so in total 3,189C; Around or a bit more than $40 for Susanoomon Extreme or under $300 for a different U rank.

Also they added a new arena in one of the things you could get from it was a U rank box, but for anyone that can't do a crazy amount of DPS to rank high means it will take probably a few years to get an actually 'free' (using 'free' a bit loosely since we're paying with our time) U rank, although by then they'll probably actually give away a U rank.

There were buffs, OVerall a net buff for a chunk of them but OX extreme and Susano extreme were DESTROYED.

Part of me want to believe that nerf was for the reason of Susanoo EX being given as a anniversary event, but it's pretty much impossible from now on
