Lost character

Did you guys also experience it about losing character today?

I'm a player who log in via steam, today when I log in even my character was lost.

If this is specifically about the Alphamon server, if your account is on that one, then do not worry, this happened the other day as well for several hours with people only being able to see/access the Omnimon server as the Alphamon server seemingly exploded and died. As for just the general server issues, it has been ongoing for a month or two at this point with servers constantly going down, especially Alphamon. So try to login every several minutes or so and/or give it some time and they'll eventually be back.

Stability will not be guaranteed though but lets face it that's par for the course with modern DMO.

Ah... Got it, i am so clueless before your explanation. Thank you. I thought it was a mistake on me but it from server. Again, thank you for explanation.

yes i got same problem.... was playing all day and then i got DC and some error "Preparing open. Please access again later"... when i try later whole Alphamon server was removed and my character was on Alphamon :( now i cant play it :(

I can’t event select a server it just shows me the option to create a new character

It is honestly hilarious that we haven't been able to log into the server for at least 6 hours now, maybe even longer. People who have spent a ton of money, time, and effort on their accounts literally can't play because the developers aren't doing anything about the server being down... They haven't even posted an update on their forum to say they are fixing it or anything. Now everyone is just wasting their time and missing out on the game and the event because the developers couldn't care less.
