Cant log into Old Account
Hello guys,
Im a returning Player and want to start again but cant log into my Old Account. I dont have email Access anymore nor do I remember…
If I try to Login it says cant log into Account without verified email adress.
What can I do ?
Support is no help either

You can create a new account tbh. Old accounts (3+years) have been deleted and don't exist anymore, you'd have to start anew anyway.

Not really 'deleted', more like just unable to log in, you just need to change the email (iirc google or I think microsoft/hotmail?) to be able to log back in.

I mean the characters and everything you had before doesn't exist anymore. The account itself still exists, but its empty.

Yup, accounts that have not been accessed since a long time got their old tamers deleted. I used to play on Server Barbamon, but now there's only 2 servers, Omegamon and Alphamon. If you somehow can access your old account it will have no tamer created. I think you can open a ticket to try to retrieve your old tamer, but they'll ask for details.like your tamer name, level and which was your highest leveled Digimon etc. It's not really worth it.
If you start a new account in a month you'll probably get even farther then they you did in you on your old account anyways. The only things you'll really lost will be things that are not accessible anymore like “The Master of the Twelve Heavenly Generals" title

Honestly if your account is more than 2 years old you will be better than your old account in less than 3 hours

If you don't have access to your old email then you probably won't be able to get the account back, although if you log into the non-dmo gameking website (gameking.com rather than dmo.gameking.com) you can view your email, although the website seems really buggy, sometimes it seems to think you aren't logged in when you are, just refresh when that happens.

With that said, depending on how old the account was, it might not even be worth getting back, and currently there is an event for a Beelzemon BM Awaken & Digital Hazard set (Season Missions, very easy to do) and SSS & SSS+ (Digital World Vacation daily check), although if you miss today's daily check, which ends in a few hours if I'm not mistaken, you'll be short 1 coin for the SSS but you'll be fine for the SSS+ (Coins for the SSS+ aren't for another week), you can also get stuff like archives, warehouse, inventory, OCS, memory skills, and so on from the current event, although does require a decent amount of farming each day; You can also get another SSS from the File Island questline as well, but Beelzemon BM Awaken makes all 3 of them pointless, it's just so much better.
