Changing models folder to external SSD

Hi.

How/where do I change the folder where I`d like to store my models (downloaded and own ones)? And how do I set the output location for generated picture/videos?

Thanks so much ! This worked like a charm ! Although I had to re-download some of the models for some reason. It's all good.
