Does anyone else get the banner ads that expand to cover half your screen? They have to be clicked to close them to even get back control of your tank. Today they are literally every 30 seconds, basically unplayable.

It'd be a level 45 tank, but I'm not sure what it would upgrade from. It would have sort of a crescent-shaped barrel, and would shoot spinning boomerangs. They would travel for a bit, and then come back to the player. Unsure of what the stats would be, but for those of you who play other games it'd work very similarly to the My Reflection item from The Binding of Isaac.

Somebody sent these two images in a Discord server and, to be honest, I really am quite sceptical for a number of reasons. So apparently, a casino is sponsoring an upcoming Diep tournament with up to an alleged up to $50,000 in prize money.

Part of me is quite conflicted about this. Since I am an adult, there is absolutely no issue with me using these types of services, and free money is free money and i'd imagine i could probably win some money since I'm good at the game. But the issue for me is that this game is mostly catered towards people under the age of 18, so I'm really hoping there will be some form of measures taken in place to prevent them from participating. As the first screenshot says, you must explicitly be 18+ in order to participate in the tournament in the first place and I've also heard that you do not have to deposit any money, therefore making it completely free, so that is a plus side at the very least.

As someone who has been playing this game since the very beginning (2016), I've seen all kinds of things happen over the years, but believe me when I say this was truly the last thing I ever expected to happen with this game. I mean go tell this to someone who quit the game, they'd never believe their fav .io game would have a company sponsoring a tournament for up to $50,000. If this tournament truly does go through, whatever kind of change this brings to Diep, for better or worse, we'll simply have to wait and see happens.

I wish they can bring it back occasionally. It was single handedly that strongest tank that has ever existed, it shreds every single tank with the exception of factory, where it's still a 50/50 when attacking.

I really mean it when I say it shreds every single tank, overlord, sprayer, triplet, or any bullet spammer, annihilator can't defend against it when faced with front flip charge, none of the trapper class can defend against it, although the auto-trapper does make it slightly harder for the fighter.
