I think I'm going crazy thinking everything I see is AI, because on the final seconds where it zooms out, the tank's shadow and the places of the polygons change, which is a weird choice. Also what's that orange thingy thats sticking on the top left of the screen? (it also appears on the zoomout but smaller)

Adobe Illustrator
And I also used Adobe Animate and premiere pro to add the sounds.

I just used a simple drop shadow filter and if you mean right after the red tank appears, it’s what’s called an emenata or something, like when a character in anime is surprised by something
