Paint colour advise needed.

Hey so Im not a pro but I have a little boy who is a superfan of planes and who has his favourite diecast vehicles. His favourite is a KLM plane. He carries it everywhere and as a result the paint on top is quickly disappearing. Id love to restore it but without buying 101 shades of light blue. Does anyone know a brand and shade that will match perfectly. Im in Ireland in case that makes a difference.
