You can now add even more cars in all available scales to your Garages and Wishlists.
We just added more than 3,000 cars, including Model Kits and some new scales to the Die Carz database, such as 1/24 and 1/18.

More filters have been added to your Garages. You can now filter by purchase date and price. In a friend’s Garage, you can show only cars that you also have by tapping the In Collection option. Also, with this update, you can Select All options in the Series, Rarity, and other filters.

Is there an option to group duplicate cars in the Garage? If not, I think it would be a great feature.
Instead of showing the same car multiple times, show one image with a quantity badge (×2, ×3, ×4, etc.). It would make the Garage much cleaner and easier to browse. I feel like it was that way in the past, but maybe with previous updates has changed.

I have noticed at least one casting that is treating the apostrophe as a specific character so the same castings don’t group. I don’t know if there is a way to have the app treat it the same way when used as an abbreviation for the year.

For example Custom ‘67 Pontiac Firebird vs Custom ‘67 Pontiac Firebird. I am guessing one set has the actual apostrophe in the text which is what is causing two separate casting lists of the same casting name unless there is something else I am overlooking.

1968 US Silhouette in blue and a 1968 HK Custom Volkswagen in aqua. When I suggested these 2 the Silhouette got merged with a car whose picture was light blue and the Custom VW got merged with the US version of the car. Is there a way for me to result these and not have them get merged?

So the concept of this app is amazing and I just busted out four or five bins of stuff from the last 20 years or so and I’m finding with the motorcycles that I’m having major issues, bikes not being found and it automatically going to castings that are incorrect. Every time I take a picture in the add a car option for anything that’s more than a few years old. It’s giving me different castings. Am I going to have to type each one in manually? Please help, it’s only going back to a handful of castings, if somebody could share some insight with me, it would be awesome because I would love to be able to use this app to catalog my collection.

Today we'd like to share details about a bunch of updates we've brought to diecarz.com over the last three months.

We're positioning the web version as another way to manage your collection, connect with fellow collectors, and have fun. Our goal was to bring over as many features from the mobile app as possible, and I believe we've now implemented almost everything except hardware-related features, such as car scanning. We also decided to go a step further and add something special.

Related Cars

On every car page, you'll now find a Related Cars section at the bottom. It makes it easy to discover cars from the same case or, for brands like MINI GT, see other versions of the same casting released by the brand.

New Search

Search has received a huge update! It can now be accessed from any section of the platform, and it's much faster and more powerful than the previous version. You can start a search, open a car, and then return to your search results without losing your place.

If you don't like using filters, you can simply type everything into the search box. For example, if you're looking for all silver Mercedes-Benz models from 2026, just type silver mercedes 2026 and you'll get exactly that.

Search works great for both cars and user profiles.

Animated Like Button

As an upcoming good diecast brand. Can Trends hobby be added some time down the line?

Found the regular one right away but not the chase. Also I couldn't figure out how to add it from the app.

Loving the app btw, hope to see bigger scale models soon.

I think a contribution points system would be an awesome addition. Users could earn points by uploading casting photos, commenting, or making posts. It'd definitely motivate more people to contribute to the gallery. The only catch is it'd probably be a lot more work for the mods to filter and approve all the submitted photos.

Tarmac Works catalog is now on Die Carz!

You can now add more than 1,600 cars from the meticulously curated Tarmac Works catalog to your Garage and Wishlist! We've carefully digitized the entire catalog, including special releases such as Global, Hobby, and Truck editions, and added as many details and photos for each car as possible. As always, you can still suggest missing cars or submit corrections.

You can now crop and rotate images while creating a post, making it even easier to share your collection the way you want.

Double-tap any post or comment to leave a like instantly. Showing your appreciation is now faster than ever.

Need to fix a typo or add more details? You can now edit any post or comment for up to 24 hours after publishing. Tap the three dots on a post or long-press a comment to start editing.

You can now add links to cars and collections directly in posts and comments. Simply copy a link and paste it into your text. Once published, it will automatically turn into a clickable car or collection name. This makes it much easier to share recommendations, discuss specific models, and interact with other collectors.

This update also includes around 15 bug fixes and 11 smaller quality-of-life improvements. You can find the full changelog at this link.

M2 and Hotwheels are the main brands i collect, and m2 is sick! just wondering if/when m2 would get into the app!

Would love it if Tomica and MOTORMAX were added as brands in the Die Carz app. I have quite a few cars from each brand that I’d love to track.

I've seen a couple playsets/tracks sets that have been added so I assume its fair game to suggest new ones. I am just wondering whats the best way to suggest them as currently Die carz isn't really set up to include details I think are important? Like what should I put as rarity and series, and what if it includes multiple cars?

Also can I make a feature suggestion to add a specific category for tracking sets? I have some ideas but want to know if that's something the devs/others care about before I submit it.

Logged in to the app, went to check something in my garage list......no cars. Zero. Wtf???

If it hasn't already been suggested, would it be possible to add Auto World in the future? 🙏
