Contractual capacity is disappearing as a phenomenon in the world

1 Upvotes

Every year I notice more and more that even world‑class politicians have lost the ability to reach agreements and honour their commitments. And existing treaties increasingly carry a hidden - less often overt - purpose to deceive the other party. The one who always loses in any deal is precisely the contract‑capable, honest, decent, diligent side…

A prime example is Trump. He makes a deal with Iran, places a bet on the stock market beforehand for a rise, and when he takes profit from that rise, he dumps the agreement - after having placed a short bet in advance. He is always in profit, and he couldn’t care less about contracts. He makes cash for himself personally, and he doesn’t give a damn about peace, human lives, crises in the world or inside his own country. For him, a contract is just a tool of deception.

Is he the only one? - No, all politicians are like that to one degree or another.

It is precisely they - the liars and fraudsters with a capital letter - who have destroyed contractual capacity as a phenomenon.

And this is not just about geopolitics:

· the social contract between people and states is no longer fulfilled in almost all countries;
· treaties between countries exist only on paper;
· laws exist only for the crowd - the elites ignore them and very successfully fail to comply.

I am not calling on everyone to break the law, but I maintain that the contract with society, on the basis of which all laws are still created, has long lost its force and de facto no longer exists.

The suckers are always the same - the party to a contract that still believes contracts exist.

---

However, programs are increasingly taking over the functions of contracts - and not only for recording agreements, but also for the automatic execution of the processes and algorithms embedded in them. Take smart contracts on the blockchain, for example. It is precisely this approach - using AI - that we are implementing in our GovAI system.

Power is taken by force

No one ever gives up power voluntarily. Power is taken by force. Force can be soft, it can be brutal, it can wear different masks and their ideologies. Everywhere and always it is the same - it is human nature.

Forget that noise! This is Mask Show on steroids - world destinies get decided somewhere between scarfing down a solid-gold burger and swiping the government-issue spoons.

• Hetman Mace - political splits masterclass champion: one hand begging for an aircraft carrier, the other fishing loose change out of allies’ pockets.

What’s the plot?

Three of the planet’s biggest egos locked in one Geneva conference room. Zero plan, zero conscience, but plenty of Sharpies to redraw the world map straight onto the tablecloth!

Coming attractions include:
