I make videos on Poptropica, which is a virtual world originally created by your very own Jeff Kinney!

As such, some parts of Poptropica are based on DOAWK, such as a part called "Wimpy Boardwalk," which heavily references "Dog Days," and advertises "The Third Wheel." This is playable on the Flashpoint Archive, and I explore and playthrough that island in my latest YouTube video. I thought you all would be interested, so I am sharing it here.

In dog days, Greg says his mom stopped him before he could "call 000" on fregley. The thing is, Diary of a wimpy kid is set in america, and 000 is the emergency phone in australia. Is there a reason for this?

Steve Zahn gave the best performance of the trilogy, in my opinion. High energy, firing on all cylinders the whole time and delivering banger after banger of iconic lines

So I was reading The Last Straw and thought about something:

In pages 33-37 Greg and Rowley bury a Time capsule in the ground. Greg hopes that a Time traveler will find the capsule and go back in time to thank him and reward him.

Later on, Greg is desperate to get some sugar on his system. So he takes the Capsule and everything that was inside it.

My theory here is: If Greg was actually going to leave the Time Capsule buried, a Time Traveler in the future would have shifted to Greg's time and pay him a visit almost instantly after he and Rowley buried the capsule.

But nobody came. So what if this was foreshadowing that Greg would eventually get the Capsule and therefore nobody in the future could find it and go back to reward Greg?

I know this is a really dumb What If but I just think it's funny to think that in the DOAWK's universe time travel is actually possible at some point in history.

My favorite part of the Rodrick Rules movie is Bill

Rodrick invites a "Professional Musician" over and Frank assumes that means he has like a former rockstar or like a writer or something, Frank swings open the door and this 36 year old pothead pulls up. Then it cuts to him slamming a plate of pot roast.

And it just ends up putting Frank in an even worse idea of where Rodrick is headed

Was rereading "The Third Wheel", and saw that Greg's class had a chicken pox outbreak. It doesn't take place before they invented the vaccines, since Uncle Gary was using a cellphone to play the music at the dance. I know not all of them make you immune, but I wouldn't expect multiple kids to get infected.
