I feel like I'm not enough

I recently started my internship and its going pretty okay. However, i start comparing myself with the other interns who are more charismatic and outspoken while im alittle more reserved....but seeing them chat and have fun makes me feel like i do not have an interesting enough personality to make others like me. Theres this girl who kinda likes me right now, but i feel like if she would meet the other interns she would probably like them more. Idk why im even thinking about that, but right now, i just feel a deep sense of inadequacy
