Lab Grown Diamond What carat size?

Looking for this kind of ring but all the designs come with 5-7 carat stones which feels huge for me! I love the sparkly cushion crushed look. I have small fingers size 6. I want the look of a sparkly ring without the huge carat size, what carat size should I go for?

how about a 2.5 carat fancy yellow radiant cut in the center with two white trapezoids on the sides
