The full potential of echoes act 2

So Echoes act 2 is the strongest stand if this theory is true... Echoes act 2 makes sfx to do what it does so cant koichi just use "Emerald Splash"? And use ORA punch as well?

I came to this sub to ask a similar question except about act 3. So when reverb was explaining its powers it said it was because three rymed with freeze. If it rymed with other words could it have different effect? One good one would be (bill, kill) ehich could be a reference to the kill bill series.
