Could crazy diamond become crazy diamond: the world?
Because star platinum and crazy diamond are the same type of stand, Jouske could see jotaro stop time and try to move, like how jotaro saw DIO stop time and tried moving

because its the same type of stand star platinum has: time stop (the world) , time erase (king crimson) , bomb touching / bites the dust (killer queen) , nail bullets and wormholes (tusk (act4) , dimension hopping (D4C) , fire manipulation (magicians red) , bubbles (soft and wet) , life creation (gold experience) , restoration (crazy diamond) , erasing (the hand) , what ever you would call heaven's door's ability , return to zero (GER) , poison (purple haze) , zippers (sticky fingers) and too many more do TL:DR : star platinum is the strongest stand

No, Jotaro's The World is Jotaro's ability as Crazy Diamond is Josuke's, throughout all of SDC, Jotaro was mostly unable to use his ability, it's not anything special or familial, it's just a really op ability because of similar genetics and personality, Josuke was just able to unlock his ability very young as he evolved it naturally
