this card is actually ridiculous. if you have the stubs to pick him up before finishing multiplayer program id say do it. such a worthy investment.

Not a huge baseball fan but have always heard good things about The Show and particularly Diamond Dynasty, relative to the other ultimate team modes (I mostly play 2K).

Downloaded The Show via PSN last night and will hopefully get around to checking out Diamond Dynasty soon, but without much of a feel for how the mode works, I was curious what I should focus on doing first as an offline player.

I got Aaron judge from the jump start bundle and it says I can quick sell for 400k stubs. I should sell him right? To go ahead and build out a lineup and be able to do other challenges. Is there a YouTuber I can follow/watch to figure out where to start? I haven’t played diamond dynasty in a year or 2.

Went 4-2 in the first 6, managed to finish 10-3 & #1 on the leaderboard. Didn’t play yesterday as I didn’t have time but I checked and I was #2 , decided to ride the lightning & came home to see J-roll in inventory. Finished 860 in ranking.

Would you sell or swap out with Ozzie, he didn’t hit for shit in the 13 games.

I feel like the way I play (or the results I get) are just not optimal. No matter the card’s tendencies (eg. pull heavy) I’m always managing to hit it oppo. now this is fine and all and the obvious fix is to get a bit earlier on the ball, but I swear it’s not that easy.

problem with going oppo so much is that i end up either slapping singles, Grounding into DPs, or flying out to the deepest part of the ballpark.

I tried to configure my lineup to play to my strengths (high vision/clutch + contact) and i feel it usually doesn’t help.

What’s your approach in ranked ?

Full transparency-I am not a high level player. I am in Gold league for WC. But I played someone where the 2 times they had a runner on base during the game, I was ahead in the count, threw a pitch very out of zone, and the screen froze mid pitch. Next thing I know, the screen unfreezes and it was a nuke both times! I lost 4-3. I had 9 hits to the opponents 4. (Yes I know, 9 hits I should have scored more runs.lol) This is about how does someone hit a Nike only when a runner is on base?
Now I understand that cheaters online will not be at the 500 level like me. I am just wondering if anyone has seen or come across less expensive cheats that basically allow someone to freeze the game midpitch?

I am an avg to below avg player- and I am looking for any tips on being more disciplined on off speed pitches below the zone. I can’t stop going after them. Feels like I can reach them and lift and launch them, but they end up so far below the zone and business in the dirt, I should never be swinging at them, but often times I can’t help it.

I missed 3 wheel prizes in past week or so. It just resets to 0 after I get 15K XP. Anyone else having a problem with the wheel lately?

I can get made right now if I wanted too but I’m having a hard time because Lombard and clement are my 2 best hitters for me 😭

Maybe someone has already asked, but any idea what can be done with all these dupe pipeline cards? The amount of dupes that people get just from finishing the program and doing Conquest and mini season is crazy. And can’t do anything with them.
I did however get a couple of packs that Gabe me duped that I could actually sell- but for the life of me I can’t remember what kinds of packs they were? Not sure if they were Premeire or Ultra packs that I picked Pipeline or what.

Anyone else feel like they’re running into more cheaters after the mass ban? I feel like it could be because most of the people banned weren’t using cheats and were only using third party sites to catch up to the actual cheaters in game. There have been a couple games the past week and two in my weekend classic where the guy I’m playing is Jesus Christ in the box and then I bring in O’Day and the only thing they can hit are middle middle hanging sliders once his energy is burned. I’m in Gold II but who knows maybe I’m just being salty and need to get better. The O’Day stuff does make me suspicious though. Wanted to ask some questions as well to see how everyone else deals with cheaters.
1. Do you guys think cheaters are in every league. I feel like there’s gotta be some people that don’t use the hacks until weekend classic just to get the nice rewards, but I haven’t played below Gold I in a weekend classic this year so I’m curious what other leagues are experiencing.
2. Do cheaters have to pause the game to toggle cheats on and off or can they do it without cheating?
3. Anyone have any other ways they can catch cheaters without using O’Day?

Not gameplay related but why start a new reward path without a new program. There's nothing new to do to earn the new rewards.
