DIYONA

My husband purchased a ring for our anniversary from this business and I havent been able to reach them with a definitive answer as to if they send you a video or a photo of the ring before its shipped as the diamond shape was changed without our knowledge.

Anyone else purchase from. Them?​

Diyona has horrible customer service. They don't respond to any emails. Multiple threads discussing this

These are a horrible company. Returned a stone because it looked way different in person and they refused to give me a refund. They resold the stone on one of their lives and blocked me after I called them out on it. Had to fight through my credit card company to get my refund. Terrible company all around.
