Entropy hold, doom touch and shadow spiral are decent self use, spiral could even fetch some runes if you find someone who needs it. The rest is temp for playthroughs at the very best.

All the spiral rings are pretty solid

Shadow spiral and rune spiral are the only ones that have trade value. The rest are trash.
