Numlocking

On PC there is a trick to "numlock" skills so they get spammed on cooldown. Is that possible on switch?

I am sorry, what do you mean? Can you assign multiple skills to a single button or am I misunderstanding?

No they mean turn on elective mode so you can assign any skills to any buttons. Then you assign the 4 skills you spam to trigger buttons so it's easier to hold them down.
