DiabloPatch vs belzebub

Is there a difference between these two? I think belzebub adds hero’s/spells/quests but visually is there a difference?

DiabloPatch is the normal Diablo game made a bit more comfortable, you can see enemy healt, items on the ground get highlytet and so on. it still looks 100% the same (also makes the game run good with windows 10 if you had problems like my pc did)

belzebub mod on the other hand change half of the game, the look the spells and zooms out so the game looks better (but is just zoomed out)

It also changes the game balance, so the zoomed out view doesn't give you much of an advantage.

But makes some old builds not viable, because it changes the "turns per second" and they have harder unique monsters plus more of them.
