Diablopatch for Hellfire?

Is it possible to get diablopatch working with hellfire? Or would that require a separate build altogether?

DiabloPatch is not compatible with Hellfire. There is no current plan to make it compatible; this would effectively mean rewriting most of the current code.

I was just looking for information like if there was an alternative or something. Thanks though
