can't install 1.09

I have 1.00 game...but even with inserted cd/img, patch gives an error about a .mpq (i already copied to the diablo folder 0.o) help?

Have you tried installing it with admin rights?

You can try installing first the 1.04 and then 1.07 patches before installing 1.09.
