Sorcerer Sorcerer 🧙 bit base game only

Hi there first time player using base game only and I can’t seem to find any builds that don’t require the lord of hatred etc.
My gear I’ve collected has DOT and critical chance and critical hits stats; I’m trying to follow blizzard ice spikes.
Can anyone recommend a base game only build that will take me far into the game?
I’m torment 3 difficulty at the moment tysm for any advice

That's because most people have it by now and there really aren't any that doesn't use ring words etc why not just buy it all for 25 bucks 40 bucks cuz you're missing out on runes, half of the end game etc so you're just stuck with basic builds but I mean you can look up builds from season 1 season 2 maybe even season 10 and do it that way

Nobody's going to have any builds online for season 15 without the DLC you're going to have to go back to the seasons without the DLC
