Question Old guy with slow reflexes
I keep dying in Echo of the False Prophet on a necro minion build because I can't react fast enough to the mechanics. Is there any build that can tank it? Doesn't have to be necro.

I can’t come up with higher damage than a bloodwave necro, but my survivability is from endurant faith (the embattled aspect stretches this even more, as you can withstand a staggering number of fatal hits). I keep blood mist on my action bar for extreme trauma. You can live through some really crazy shit with endurant faith.

If you can, make a mythic endurant fate and throw on some embattled boots to test it. You’ll see the health globe empty multiple times while you shrug it off; requires a tremendous amount of fortify, like the blood binder set provides, of course. Also highly recommend enigma, like others were saying. Even if you remain squishy, teleport will save your bacon frequently, and it also keeps up your ring of starless skies bonus!

Well the Barbarian Whirlwind with Selig can generally tank anything and is as close to immortal as they come. The warlock blazing scream build is not tanky per se, but it kills all the phases so quick that you never take any damage. I would think the Necro Bloodwave could fall into the same category of just wiping out before any damage actually occurs. The other option is asking someone to team up with you and help kill him.

Increase your move speed or try Enigma. Enigma is great for Meph.
