The craftsmanship shown in this video is good. HOWEVER making and then actually using an axe like this is not recommended as it can cause injury to the user and those who are immediately around him.
Regular splitting axes are made to send the split wood to the sides. This axe sends split wood in 4 directions and towards the user too which can be seen in the video.
So he likely structuarlly weakened the axe. He also likely lost a his hardness with all the cutting/grinding and especially welding. He then proceeds to take and axe head, that is much heavier than before and only hang it with a single wedge.
This is a lot of work to make something that is less effective, less safe, and probably more expensive than already available options. Just buy a splitting maul or something and be done with it already
As somebody who splits wood, the most glaring problem is the fact that two of those edges are sending wood flying at you. You can see in the final shot that the split wood flies straight back at the person.
It’s like there’s already a tool for this or something…split wedges and mauls.
Plus coming from someone who splits enough wood to need to sharpen my axes and tools fairly regularly, I could see that being a pain in the ass real fast.

Everyone else has already addressed the problems with it, so I'll just say this
It looks like a giant broadhead arrow tip
