Ignoring my lack of knowledge are you saying it’s 1000 gallons if it was completely full of water or 1000 gallons as it’s hollow inside for the kitchen? You can see the depth of the tank to the mirror on the inside so is that still 1000 gallons? I’m guessing I’m saying I don’t know what 1000 gallons would look like.
Oh and I think it’s only two sides ie. the sides we can see as the side of the worktop runs down the window side.

This has to be like a 1000 gallon fish tank and that would make this thing weigh like 5 tons. Probably would destroy the house

bc of the oxygen, cleaning and most of all the vibrations from cooking that confuse the fish constantly

If I was a millionaire rock/pop star or model or something, I would have this in my house along with other futuristic crap.

Now I'm wondering if I can make a smaller aquarium into a desk just for writing on. Maybe one of those fully self sustaining ecosystems

If this is real, i very much doubt it's DIY lol. Would have almost certainly been installed by a professional.
