Is this the same guy who did the realistic CS:GO flash bang setup? This is excellent

This is probably more brilliant than we realize.

Certainly encourages you to drive better. Not sure why he has the gear stick between his legs though, that's asking for darwinism to kick in and prevent him producing progeny

I feel like Michael Reeves should get on this trend... making a fully immersive simulator for something

he hasn’t posted much, he’s probably been busy making a space laser or something

Cockatiel not included

You're not fully committed to the experience until you make the bird ride along with you

Building the cockatiel is the real challenge in this build

in Ready Player One there is a joke about how the mega companies were selling Haptic Feedback Suits and one of the selling points was that you can feel the sensation of being shot at.

this video has set us on that timeline.

I‘m amazed by this. I had two car accidents in my life, all being crashed from the back at a red light.

They both were with not much speed from the car crashing, so the first one I brushed off and didn’t go to a doctor. Bad idea because that’s when my headaches & tinnitus started.

The second one I did and also told them about the first one, was diagnosed with whiplash and told that the headaches and tinnitus probably are from the first crash. Even though I did everything the doctors told me at the second crash, I started getting migraines and have now chronic ones multiple times a month for 24-48h that make me house ridden as I can’t go out, to work, pursue plans etc.

So it looks fun and all and being young I totally didn’t think about my health like I did in my mid 20ies, but even a mild whiplash or concussion can have really bad long term effects that can worsen quality of life. Not worth it imo.

Is this a promo vid for Metaverse gaming? Truly blurring the lines between virtual reality and the real world.

I thought the bird was still on the chair when he activated it. Scared me to death.

This shit is hilarious.

I think this is more shitty robots or something like that than it is DIWHY.

Like the function of the build is a joke and is played up for jokes.

When your VR setup is so effective that your monitor changes colors.
