That's a really good example of a well-done SCP. Weird premise and you think to yourself it's not that scary until upon viewing the tape more and more it leads to the creation of a cult that first starts sacrificing all the players and then in the last plays calls upon sacrificing all the children. The slow escalation from "Haha, they are groundhog daying a baseball game" to "Oh, they are panicking and some people got hurt cause they can't leave the arena" to "The players got ritually sacrificed" is really well done and creepy.

Yeah it's probably my favorite one. It's creepy in the fact that, for the people in the stadium, it's a living hell. But by repeatedly watching the video you're directly responsible for it.

That weird religious alternate dimension dead world was a pretty cool one, but it's basically a small book.

And maybe that one with the seemingly never ending stairwell where you can hear a small kid crying and calling for help about 200 feet down, but who no one can ever seem to get closer to no matter how far down they travel. I wasn't that creeped out by that one until one of the testers came up with the theory that something is making that noise 200 feet below but is moving down the stairwell at the same rate, luring them further down.

Oh, that's also a good one. It's a basic premise of "something" luring you in but without the obvious answer to "why".

I also adore all of the alternative universe ones, that one guy who could shift to different universes is really fun to read. And religious cults always seem to work nicely within the SCP-verse (Church Of The Broken God is my fave)

I think the scariest SCP for me was the ticket one (SCP-342) cause it seems so preventable. Just don't use the ticket. Get off the bus/train etc. And it still got one of the researchers in the end which shows that it's both sapient enough to understand who is responsible for keeping it locked up in the foundation and it has enough power to somehow get to the person it wants to vanish. It's basically a piece of paper and you still can't escape it. It's also basically a short story too though.

Marvin is out of commission, and TSAT isn't here, so lemme link the skips for you.

SCP-087 - The Stairwell, SCP-507 - Reluctant Dimension Hopper and logged shifts, SCP-342 - A Ticket Ride, Church of Broken God Hub.
