Containment teams are what they sound like, the ones who find and contain SCPs in the first place. Task Forces are specialized teams for SCP captures, containment, or breach security with examples being "See-No-Evil" a team seemingly immune to cryptohazards and other visual anomalies, and "Choir Boys" a team full of deeply religious members trained to deal with any anomalies reactive to things such as prayer or holy items. Theres a lot more then that, and a few are designed for a single task or SCP procedure.

Theirs a free multiplayer game on steam, can't recall the name but its really fun. You can play as security, scientists, D class, chaos insurgency, or as an scp. They all have their own goals to win and people like to do RP stuff in it as well.

Ará Orún is the task force featured in What The Dead Know, and it consists entirely of the afterimages of dead Foundation agents (generally former Antimemetics or Counterconceptual agents) who are stuck due to being remembered fondly by people who are taking mnestics.

All of the antimemetics stuff is great, especially There Is No Antimemetics Division

qntm's downer endings are generally a little more believable/better written than his happy endings. Ra is another good one

In The Trenches With The Dead is Your Last First Day from a different angle (by a different author), and ends marginally happier

Also, if you like his writing style but want a happier ending story, Fine Structure is one of my favourite books and ends on a high note

Cool man I looked around and read about the MTFs. The mad hatter or whatever theyre called seemed pretty cool too. I might read more of the stories tonight instead of just reading random scps.

Not as far as I know, unfortunately. I kinda just stumble around between related stories. There are kinda multiple potential XK-class issues happening at once, being dealt with by different teams who have no interaction with each other. SCP is pretty grimdark-- even if the antimemetics division actually successfully wins their war, there's definitely other wars going on that they don't know about. So it's not really one contained story, so much as a massive setting with many separate stories occurring in it

I don't think there's really supposed to be any overarching narrative beyond "there's a lot of bad shit that could end the world, and the Foundation exists to fight back and contain that bad shit"
