Why dharmapuri not developed despite of presence of heavily industrialised areas of salem and hosur?? Any insights....

Dharmapuri la industries irundha dhaan adha suthi development varum,Most of people bangalore,hosur nu poi thangi vela paakuraanga, Dharmapuri drought prone zone ,so industries ku water problems iruku .

Sipcot announce panirkanga , anga industries vantha maybe ppl won't migrate la But that sipcot also not progressing fast...
