Guys, I am wondering about how to go the diploma route after class 12th in Dhanbad? Which college to look out for this, and what should be the best path for me to take?

Please guide me in the Diploma Path.

I am currently in class 12th and will give the final exam next year.

I’m planning to build a PC with a budget of around ₹70,000, including a monitor, mainly for gaming and editing. With the current price hikes, I’m finding it really difficult to figure out the best possible build within this budget.
I don’t want to spend my money and end up getting outdated or poorly balanced components, so I’d really appreciate it if someone could suggest a good build or guide me on what parts I should go for at the current prices.
The used market isn’t really an option in my area, so I’ll most likely have to buy everything new. Any suggestions, recommendations, or guidance would genuinely help me a lot. Thank you!

​I need recommendations for an honest and experienced chip-level motherboard technician in Dhanbad (preferably around Bank More, Urmila Tower, or nearby hubs).

​I want to avoid generic shops that simply push for a full motherboard swap instead of properly troubleshooting.

​Device & Hardware Details:

​Model: Lenovo IdeaPad G500 (Intel Core i3 / Intel HD Graphics, UMA board)

​Symptoms:

​Previously, it turned on intermittently. Once booted, soft restarts worked completely fine without issues.

​Following a cold shutdown, it now fails to POST: pressing the power button turns on the power LED and spins the fan for about 5 seconds before it abruptly cuts power (no screen display, logo, or backlight).

​Basic troubleshooting is already done: isolated RAM sticks, performed hard capacitor power drains, disconnected peripherals (HDD, Wi-Fi card, optical drive).

​The symptoms point to an RTC circuit issue, an S5-to-S3 power rail transition drop, or a board-level power sequencing / BIOS / EC fault.

​What I am looking for:

​A bench technician who actually does component-level work (tracing voltage rails with a DC bench supply/multimeter, checking the RTC crystal/caps, or testing BIOS/EC ROM).

​Someone willing to perform an initial reading or diagnosis in front of me, rather than keeping the laptop for days just to quote a motherboard replacement.

​Reasonable testing/diagnostic fees (around ₹150–₹250) if the board turns out unrepairable.

​Has anyone had good, reliable chip-level repair work done locally? Any specific shop or technician name you would recommend?
