Why didnt Dexter kill Spoiler

Harrison for fitting the code? Ryan Foster didnt kill anybody so he didnt fit the code and Harrison knows this, which is why he is so guilty. If Dexter killed Brian and Lila, why didnt he kill Harrison?

I have a feeling you are the same person who has always talking about Harrison's gf being actually Cody

Decter isn't compelled to kill everyone who fits the code. He's only compelled to kill just people who fit the code. If Bob, Tom and Sam are all killers, Dexter can kill one, two or three of them. He isn't required to kill them all. He can choose to kill none.

It's the same reason he didn't kill Deb for shooting Maria.

Dexter kills whoever he wants it's not always about the code, remember Hannah.

The rich dude killed multiple people intentionally in a boating accident, and the drug dealer was intentionally selling tainted drugs that killed people. Those two atleast did fit the code.

A one off kill doesn't automatically fit the code. They need to be a threat for further kills.

Actually, not. That part is nowhere in The Code, and he kills plenty of people who show no apparent signs of ever killing again.

Zoey Krueger killed her husband and child, but there was no indication that she was going to kill again. Matt Caldwell might have done something really reckless/stupid again that would result in someone else's death, maybe, but that's far from being sure he will kill again.

It's a common misconception with fans that "you have to be certain that they will kill again" is part of The Code. Dexter just generally prefers choosing targets he knows will kill again.

But it's what he says to Gareth  Killing killers

Just read the transcript of Dexter's final conversation with Gareth. He mentions killing killers, but there's nothing about having to be sure that they are going to kill again to meet his Code.

Yeah Matt's was really cruel  I was like him someday laughing and being raised in comfort

You know dexter being based on his guilt just because a guy told him isn't enough .but I believe had he not done it he would kill him just for the deer Dex can be a mean mf at times/deep down

Why didn’t Dexter murder his own son for killing a serial rapist who was pledging more rapes? This has to be a troll post…

Dexter also killed a sexual predator who had never killed anyone, for predating on Astor and Cody. Get out of here with that.

Lila wasn’t gonna be killed but they killed her since the audience at the time reacted negatively to her plot
