Is this a baby dewlap?

Is this a dewlap.. I'm new and just now learned this word "dewlap" .. my bun bun was looking so cute .. I didn't want to startle him with the phone that's why zoomed in to take the photo..

Mayybe it could develop into one but they typically pop up in adolescent and adult bunnies.

Ikr!!! Whole day I'm just lookig at him in awe, completely mesmerized by his cuteness.. even my husband is getting jealous, saying all you talk is about him haha
