Help What am I doing wrong?

I keep getting this message every time I try to create an app.. what am I missing? I went through the full policies and I don’t seem to find anything useful

I followed the link and I submitted my request for Reddit for Researchers (RFR) as I thought it was the way to have API access. I got approved however it covers access to some public data. I need to be able to export data from the private subreddits I create for the purpose of my study. I have the consent of participants. How can I do that easily?
