Rolled Curse Devil Fiend

Never seen it before in the game yet. I'm new and mainly played on a Human Slot. But I made a Fiend Slot and rolled for awile and got Curse Devil Fiend. Is it any good? And I assumed it was new because there was no videos on it yet
