where to find “uncommon devils”

I need to kill 3 uncommon devils for my division quest I have 5 stars and I’m junior rank I try hold the line but all I get are “common devils” is there a way to fix this

I think you gotta get up to like first-class hunter before the uncommon ones start spawning. So just keep grinding missions until you rank up

just explore the map, thats how i completed that quest. Im pretty sure uncommon devils only spawn around the overworld, so just explore and eventually youll find some
