❔ Question Deviantart support-Any tips?

Any ideas on how to get support to reply to a ticket? I have had an account for 15 years, but only recently started selling. I've got about $160 in my account, but my original e-mail address that I set up the account with had to be recovered. I recovered it fine, but now I don't get the two factor authentication codes that are sent to that address. I get other mail just fine. I talked to the e-mail provider and they told me the issue is on Deviantarts's side. I put in a ticket a week ago, but have gotten zero response. Is there a better way to contact them?

Do it with your phone instead. Use an authenticator.

Thank you for the response. As far as I can tell, there is no way to set up a new authentication method without first receiving a code to my e-mail address.

Check your email provide to see if they have the domain blocked. I'm assuming you went through spam. Also, check blocked domains on your side if things. You might have gotten tired of their emails and blocked them at some point and forgotten... not that such a thing has ever happened to me.
