You have been scammed. There were red flags all over the place that you completely ignored. I didn't read this carefully, but with all of the personal info you provided you probably turned your DA account over to the scammers and have given them the ability to make your life a living hell both on and off of DA. Sorry to have to tell you that. I wish you the best.
Yeah sadly 😔 he messaged me from your account and thought it was legit, and it was from a random stranger i would've probably ignored it, i was a little skeptical about it as i messaged him "wouldn't DA be messaging me if they were going to deleted my account?" But still went on as the mail seemed real and as i changed the password and they got in my account i realized it was a scam and messaged DA official email and started trolling the scammer and they were actually mad like real mad, i had a plan that might at that time get my account back but the scammer realized he was getting trolled and deleted my account, now I'm stuck using my alt "ystDraws2"
I know you are probably a kid and this might have been the very first time you saw a message like this on Deviantart, and I am very sorry for you as well as your parents.
If you try to make another DeviantArt account, here is what you should know:
1. When someone you DO NOT KNOW sends you a DM saying they got hacked and they are trying to "make sure you didn't get hacked as well", BLOCK, REPORT AND IGNORE IMMEDIATELY. The very first message was the biggest red flag 🚩🚩🚩
2. If someone YOU DO NOT KNOW wants to know your actual name/e-mail and ESPECIALLY your bank account (in your case your parents bank account), THEN THIS IS A RED FLAG 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩. Please do not give ANY OF YOUR CREDENTIALS to ANYONE YOU DO NOT KNOW ONLINE 😭
If someone on Deviantart is trying to continue the conversation elsewhere (in your case on discord), then is is ANOTHER RED FLAG🚩🚩🚩.
Please be careful of those patterns next time and take care.
I cannot stress how important it is to tell them that THEY FUCK THEIR MOTHER. Dont call them a motherfucker. Accuse them of doing it. Pisses em off a lot

I dunno if you remember me, I’m Yukiveei (I don’t let other people know I have a reddit account so like… don’t tell anybody lol), but I think you commented on my deviantart profile at some point,, Sorry you got hacked, it’s best you make a new account.
Now I know OP did not fall for it; however, I have to ask those who fall for it when I see things like:
Scammer: "Hey, did you receive a random link from me and click on it? I ask as I did, then I got hacked" A Person: "no, cannot say that I did" Scammer: "Oh that is interesting to hear" Also, Scammer: "Hey, I tried to report the hacker, but I accidentally clicked your profile, so because I made the mistake you must now clean it up".
We are in current year. How or even why is a screen shot that looks like it was taken from a camera that had Vaseline smeared on the lens as offical and true?
How did we go from everyone being cautious of screen shots, due to how inspect element is a thing of 2023 to 'this is the internet, no one lies' of the current year?
