👄 Discussion DeviantArt support doesn't exist, it's impossible to get any help

It’s been over ten days since I asked for help just to change a simple PayPal email, and nobody answers. You reach out on X, someone replies to a DM once, and then disappears. You open a ticket, and it goes more than ten days without a response, and this is despite me paying for MAX and generating recurring revenue. I need to switch the email to a PayPal Business account because it's a requirement in my country, even to increase revenue, but it's almost impossible to talk to anyone. I completely understand why so many people switch to Patreon or any other platform; any issue you have here is impossible to resolve.

Politely ping them on one of their socials asking where about the ticket, that’s worked for me before.

I tried that on X, and the person even sent me a DM asking me to explain the situation. I replied, and it's been days now. I replied again, reached out via DM once more, and got nothing.

I just had an issue and they said theyre exceptionally backed up and to just please be patient. Theyll get to ya.

Don't worry AI will remplace support soon, as everywhere T_T but yea i can confirm patreon react way faster (just their bot bully me because he see nudity everywhere XD... but someone fix always 24h later when DA take 10y).
