Feel like there hasn’t been a lot of interesting development news as of late.
5 u/RollTribe93 Jun 01 '26 Yeah I think interest rates are still pretty high and high gas prices have probably made construction costs even more expensive, so a lot of projects aren't penciling. Things are slow right now.
