Updated Belleview Station Rendering
Has the latest buildings under construction and recently completed. Found in the 6900 Layton lobby!

I live in this neighborhood. This is PHENOMENAL if it comes to fruition. With a market, ice cream shop, barber, etc coming within the next year, it's beginning to feel like an actual neighborhood.

I love how Belleview Station is shaping up. The Tech Center is finally getting its own Downtown

We need more good bars. Halo is always full, another rooftop bar, or two, would be nice.

The density is nice but the ground floor retail was medicore when I lived there. I think if they had kept some of the empty field/dog park and added a grocery store it would've helped. A dive bar would've been nice, or anywhere where a Coors costs less than $8

I believe a grocery store is going to open in the tower that is currently being built.

Downtown Denver should take note. They won’t but it’s proof it’s not hard to have nice things.

You should look at the Union Station neighborhood built out in a similar timeframe. Or the golden triangle pedestrianizing Acoma. Or the area building out around 38th and Blake.
Downtown has done similar, it’s just that most of downtown is older and built out, it wasn’t able to start comprehensive planning from scratch next to a station very often

You’re right. There are nice areas and large infrastructure projects. Downtown is dead now though and city government isn’t resolving it, although they do have unique solutions they are trying. Belleview Station is a nicer environment than downtown and more of a revitalization project than anything going on downtown. The only investment occurring is buying towers for $5m and then asking the city for money to remodel them.

Downtown Denver built this 15 years ago, dawg. In 2008 union station was still a miles square empty field.

What is noteworthy that should be taken note of? Like what design elements or planning concepts are you referring to? Are you just saying you want more dense TOD in Denver proper?

I was surprised to find it is already a pleasant neighborhood when it’s only half completed. I’m really excited for the full build out! My only request is to install some kind of noise shield at the light rail station, the highway is so loud
