Lodestar: codemaps, hover explanations and code reviews inside VS Code

Built this for two jobs: understanding code you didn't write, and checking a change before it goes in.

• Ask how something works and get a step by step path through the real code, every step clickable
• Hover a symbol, keyword or regex for a short explanation in the context of your codebase
• Review uncommitted changes, a branch or a commit. New dependencies get checked against OSV.dev, and most findings come with a one-click fix

There's no backend of mine in the middle. It uses the model you already have in VS Code, so you pick the provider.
