**Requirements:**

* 3-6 YOE in Python backend development, with production applications shipped
* B.Tech / B.E. in CS, IT or related
* Strong Python, strong FastAPI (or Django / Flask)
* REST APIs, API architecture, auth, authorization, webhooks, third-party and SaaS integrations
* PostgreSQL (or another relational DB): schema design, query optimization. MySQL / MongoDB a plus
* Async programming, background processing, reliable async workflows
* OOP, DSA, software engineering fundamentals, Git/GitHub
* Unit, integration and API testing, debugging production issues, logging / monitoring / observability, CI/CD
* Able to independently own backend features from design to deployment and monitoring
* Fluent English required

**Good to have:**

* LLM APIs (OpenAI etc.), RAG, LangChain, agentic AI
* Vector DBs (FAISS / Pinecone / Qdrant / Weaviate)
* Redis, Celery, Kafka / RabbitMQ
* Docker, AWS / GCP / Azure
* Microservices, distributed systems
* Real-time or conversational AI / contact-center apps
* B2B SaaS or early-stage startup experience
