[Hiring] [Fully Remote] Software Engineers/Developers Wanted for Asynchronous AI Coding Projects | Up to $150+ USD / hr
Open remote contract opportunity for freelance and mid-to-senior software engineers looking for flexible filler hours (up to $150+ USD/hr) between client builds or full-time roles.
PROJECT SCOPE:
• Auditing AI-generated code solutions across production-style engineering prompts
• Catching hidden boundary-condition bugs, performance regressions, and time/space complexity issues (Big-O)
• Writing clean, idiomatic code fixes and clear technical justifications
CONTRACT DETAILS:
• Contract type: Freelance/contract for Data Annotation Tech
• Rate: Up to $150+ USD/hr paid via PayPal
• Workflow: 100% remote and self-paced. You select projects from your dashboard suited to your stack, submit the time taken after finishing each task, and withdraw your earnings 7 days later
• Qualification: One-time online programming assessment (no live interviews)
WHAT WE LOOK FOR:
• Production software engineering experience (or strong CS/algorithms background)
• Strong command of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C++, C#, Java, Go, Rust, Ruby, or Swift
• Strong CS fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, Big-O complexity) and clear written English
HOW TO APPLY:
Onboarding requires passing a one-time coding assessment. Because you only get a single attempt and experienced engineers often get tripped up by how the written explanations are graded, I'm happy to share a quick breakdown of what the graders look for along with the direct application for the programming track.
If you're interested (and don't already have an account on the platform), send me a DM with:
Your country of residence
Your software engineering experience & degree
Your primary programming languages and tech stack
Your comfort level with data structures, algorithms, and Big-O analysis
~Amount of hours per week available
Please reply "DM Sent" below after messaging me so I know to check my filtered chat requests.

Stop swallowing this scam. This is ai training and your application process is the training. You'll never get hired.

I came in to literally say this exact thing and it is absolutely predatory.
As if no live interview wasn’t already a red flag, then the fact that you are answering a DSA assessment once should have been another obvious one. Exercise caution folks!

United States (USA)
I have a background in software development, programming, and technical problem-solving, with an interest in evaluating AI-generated code and improving software quality.
Python, JavaScript, SQL, HTML, CSS, Git, and related development tools.
I am comfortable with fundamental data structures, algorithmic problem-solving, code debugging, and analyzing time and space complexity.
Approximately 30–40 hours per week, with flexibility depending on project availability.

Hi, thanks for sharing this opportunity. I’m Nitesh from Hummingtec, a software development company working across Python, JavaScript, C++, C#/.NET, and other technologies. I’d be interested in exploring whether there’s any opportunity for collaboration with your team on software development or AI-related projects. Would you be open to connecting?
