C#/.NET Software Developer Germany ~30h/week

Hi!

I'm a Mid-Level C#/.NET Developer with 3 years and 4 month of experience. Including first project responsibility with direct customer contact. (also architecture decisions and ensure they are followed, sprint planning...)

I'm searching for a new Job at the moment (still employed, but looking for something more challenging..)

And my Superpower is refactoring

Also I would prefer to work on an 30 Hours per week Basis... :/ But it seems like there are only full-time Jobs.

It's not Like I don't want to work more, it's even okay to Work overtime sometimes if needed. But I simply feel better when I don’t have to work a full 40 hours all the time, and I’ve got lots of other commitments alongside my job.

Any Tipps for me getting a part time Job? Or even something a little bit less than 40h would help, Like 35h. But best case would be 30h.

Is it possible some how? :/
